We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags/labels, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@heritagehockey.com and provide the following information:
1. Your full name and Order Number.
2. The name of the product.
3. Your reason for wishing to return the product and whether you want a refund or replacement. Replacement of any item is subject to its availability.
4. In the case of damaged product, please provide us with a full description of the damage and three photos.
Please follow all of the above instructions carefully to provide us with the maximum amount of information so that we can better serve you. Please allow at least 48 hours for us to process your request and reply to you. Please remember that any inquiries sent during non-business or weekend hours will be responded to on the next business day.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically customized items such as jersey's, display cases or non-defective opened DVD's. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we can have a new item shipped out (Subject to Availability). Shipping fees remain the responsibility of the purchaser for both return and new product.
Refunds
If your return is approved upon inspection, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
