All orders ship from our warehouse in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Online orders enter into processing the following business day after they are placed, and will typically be shipped within 1-3 business days. Heritage Hockey does not ship on weekends or Statutory Holidays. Orders placed after our courier cut-off times on Fridays will enter into processing the following Monday/Tuesday.

There are times when an order may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, location of the products, the item needs to be customized or volume of orders being processed. If your order is delayed, you will receive a notification from our Customer Service Team.

We use a combination of Couriers, primarily UPS and Canada Post. Our shipping time varies but for domestic address' shipping time is between 1-3 business days (sometimes as much as 5-7 for west coast address'). Heritage Hockey does ship worldwide, and the delivery times depend on service paid for at checkout.
